DST-CHEMICALS? product range also offers a series of products for rapid and efficient cleaning after thermal or chemical deburring: DST-DEBURR?.

The products replace the well-know acid baths which are not only highly hazardous but also extremely aggressive on the steel. In contrast, DST-DEBURR? is pH neutral, readily biodegradable and does not irritate the skin.

The quality of the washed items increases significantly as the DST-DEBURR? process removes the oxide layer while providing a temporary corrosions protection as opposed to traditional cleaning which causes rapid corrosion of the items.

DST-DEBURR/T1 is always used with ultrasound and does the hard work to dislodge the oxide layer. DST-DEBURR/T2 is then used to ensure the ultimate clean result as the product washes away the dislodged fine particles from the metal surface and at the same time transports them to the top of the bath for easy disposal. DST-DEBURR/T2 is used only in connection with spray.
