Materials/Characteristics

This product is a paper-based air-swollen bag with PE coating. The outer layer is made of moisture resistant kraft paper with a slippery surface to protect the film from mechanical damage. The inner layer is made of PE and each bag has a load capacity of 5000-15000 kg depending on the size of the bag and the opening pressure.

The product is cheap, reusable and environmentally friendly. Other advantages include water and temperature resistance, and slip resistance. Supplied in flat sheets to save storage space.

Type of application

This inexpensive product prevents damage caused by slippage of goods and can be used to secure containers, wagons, trucks and boats, reducing shipment time and terminal costs accordingly.

It is easy and time saving to use this product. It is first inflated halfway with a gun and then inserted into the cavity to be protected, after which it is inflated to the full volume of air required to fill the space, depending on the size and type of cushioning bag and the spacing of the goods to be protected. The product is equipped with a deflation valve, so it can be reused.

This product is first used in ocean shipping, train and ship transport and in all companies that pack their own containers. Other applications include packaging contractors, beverage companies, etc.

Delivery method

This product is available in a variety of standard sizes from 90x60cm, to 120x225cm

This product is available with a screw valve for quick bleeding or automatic valve closure.

We also supply the corresponding filling guns (with or without pressure gauge), which can be adapted to all compressed air sources. Special specifications are available for high performance PE film types with high moisture resistance, good mechanical and chemical resistance, and easy cleaning.
