Product information
WEDOLIT CW 6506 is a boric acid-, amine- and formaldehyde free universally applicable coolant for light to heavy cutting operations as well as for grinding of steel, stainless steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and titanium. Discoloration of non-ferrous metals must be examined in preliminary tests.
Approved by CETIM according to specification EADS ASN 42302 annex 2, DASSAULT DQGT 0.4.2.0065 index D and by Bombardier BAMS 569-001 rev. B, for aerospace industry.

Information
To prepare operation emulsion, slowly add the coolant concentrate to water (drinking water quality) assuring thorough mixing. Mixing can also be done by means of an automatic mixer.
Storage must be frost-free between 5 - 40°C. The minimum durability is 12 months in an original sealed package.
